Not sure if there is a certain webpage for a customer service survey but couldn’t find one. Anyways I work in Kingston so I often stop by to grab my lunch from here. Every time i visit, I am satisfied with customer service and the atmosphere. Joanna was exceptionally sweet and helpful the other day when she assisted me with the app. So I just wanted to leave a positive comment for her as her customer service deserves recognition

Very friendly staff, extremely quick too! We take our office dog Dash for his daily walk & always stop here for a coffee. They are so polite and always make us feel welcome. Really great place because of the lovely staff who work here!

Great service, great drinks, always served quickly no matter the time of size of the queue. The best thing about Kingston Station Pret though is by far the staff, they are so warm, friendly & professional- they know their regulars (despite so many!) and you always get a service with a smile even when it is rush hour! Thank you team, you're all brilliant 😀
