Not sure if there is a certain webpage for a customer service survey but couldn’t find one. Anyways I work in Kingston so I often stop by to grab my lunch from here. Every time i visit, I am satisfied with customer service and the atmosphere. Joanna was exceptionally sweet and helpful the other day when she assisted me with the app. So I just wanted to leave a positive comment for her as her customer service deserves recognition
Very friendly staff, extremely quick too!
We take our office dog Dash for his daily walk & always stop here for a coffee. They are so polite and always make us feel welcome. Really great place because of the lovely staff who work here!
Great service, great drinks, always served quickly no matter the time of size of the queue. The best thing about Kingston Station Pret though is by far the staff, they are so warm, friendly & professional- they know their regulars (despite so many!) and you always get a service with a smile even when it is rush hour!

One of the best coffee outlets in Kingston area. The staff is so friendly and well behaved, quick service and tidy shop. I have pret subscription so I am always going to this outlet they greet you so we’ll. And they know their regular customers that’s what I like about their shop. Appreciate the staff there Markos, Tais, Paulina, Alessia and Maria. 👍

They deserve 5 star as the staff are friendly and they serve a filtered black coffee, if you take one coffee your next one on the house in the same day. Hey have a variety of sandwiches, I love the tortilla here. Cheers!
Out of all the prets ive been too they do the matcha latte right, and they should be telling the other stores how it’s done because most places forget to dissolve the matcha powder and im just left with chunks of it at the bottom and I throw out like half of my drink but this the first branch where I got to enjoy the whole thing

With a plus of great almond and pecan cookies besides nice coffee!
Very cozy and relaxing place. Not as busy as the Pret store on the Main Street. the store is well organised by the staff who are friendly. good place!
