Nice atmosphere with decent service. Polite staff and Very comfy chairs.
It’s not a very very busy place so you get your offer usually with in 5 minutes.
Over all a satisfied customer, Will recommend 👍

I’m sure they will remember a recent incident of me having coffee spilt down my entire outfit - it was definitely one of those days…
They went above and beyond to help, they offered their utilities to clean myself up, they were swift to clean the table/ floor where the coffee was spilt (there was a lot) and to make sure my infant was Ok too!
They even went a step further to replace my coffee FOC (Thank You!) - truly exceptional service in a situation like that.
I look forward to returning soon ☺️

Ellis was so lovely the last couple times I've been in there! Very quick to make the drinks and seems very experienced- also makes a delish ice brown sugar oat shaken expresso. :)
I don't often write reviews but my experience today definitely deserved one. The staff at Starbucks Kingston MK are always very helpful and always serve with a smile. I also noticed the store was exceptionally clean and tidy. Today i was served by a lady called Amy and she went above and beyond for myself and my son with recommending new drinks and i was extremely impressed with her customer service. Thank you, see you again!
I loved it, the guy at the counter gave me a complementary drink out of kindness. I was having a really bad day and this really made my evening!! ✨💜
It's a Starbucks, maybe better than some but pretty much as you would expect, Friendly staff though ;0)
Starbucks has recently refurbished the store and it has a light, airy atmosphere to it. (Incidentally, I didn’t think there was much wrong with the old one!)The seats are comfortable, and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The music was not too loud and the staff were friendly and the drinks and food dispensed quickly. Wifi is available should you need it. There is seating outside, but not under cover from my observation.
Nice layout shame about the wait time they need to sort this out cant be queing outside the shop next time.
