Best Fish & Chips I've had in a long time.
Lovely, light crispy batter.
Reasonably priced menu and good servings.
Staff are friendly.
Shop is very clean and airy.
Ordered the Small Cod, chips and sausage meal. Even though it's advertised as small it still makes a good meal. No grease just a great freshly prepared meal. Delicious. Delivery was cheap and came on time. Perfect.
Second time we have had fish and chips from this fish and chips shop can not fault it,,food excellent staff very friendly and good prices.
A little gem of a Fish &Chip shop which serves up a great variety of fried/cooked food.
Never had cause to complain about anything we have purchased from there, the chips are always cooked to perfection and the fish has lovely white flesh.
Staff are always very pleasant and the premises itself is always spotless. Highly recommended.
Best fish and chips I have ever had
One word can be used to describe this establishment... Phenomenal. One word can also be used to describe their battered chips... Excellent. And their cod was covered in their lovely batter which is lite, bubbly and crisp. The fish was huge, I had to cut it in half to fit my dinner plate and both halves still ran from one edge of the plate to the other, and the fish itself was heavenly. I have seldom come across a fish and chip shop has good as the Stallings Fryer, it is well worth the visit; needless to say that I have been back a number of times.

Really nice fish and chips and a nice family.
There have been a few polystyrene wrappers and chip papers on the floor recently, and I know this isn't down to you, but if you see it, would you make and effort to tidy it up?
I'm not angry or shouting about this, I'm genuinely asking for help from everyone around.
It affects your business too, and if people see you tidying outside your shop as though you're proud of the area, they'll be more likely to keep it clean too.
I know you live quite locally (you told me once when chatting), and you only have to look around Stallings Lane to see the amount of rubbish floating around, again, this isn't down to one business or person, it's down to us all as a town do each do just a little bit, but once you notice it, it becomes hard to ignore.
I'm calling on local businesses to start with being tidier around their properties, so that we can feel better about the area around us.
I believe that if the local businesses here do their bit (because the big shops like Morrisons won't) people will feel even better and prouder of their local area.

Fantastic food always cooked fresh just recieved our delivery was piping hot and fresh we have been using this chip shop for well over a year and never had a bad meal best chip shop in the area, we do have delivery most times but have been into order too always good customer service everything is cooked fresh to order, well done stallings!
