Went for a hot chocolate with my daughter last night at 20 to 8 knowing it closed at half past but we were given takeaway cups and asked to leave at 8oclock because they wanted to get cleaned up for their area manager visiting this morning. That's the second time it's happened to us. I don't mind getting asked to leave 10 minutes or so early but half an hour is taking the mick. I like having a catch up in Costa and love the festive mint hot chocolate but didn't enjoy this rushed visit.

Great coffee, an Americano, with a tasty lunchtime toasted sandwich. Clean tables and an option to sit outside if I wanted. Easy parking at the front, because of multiple spaces, is a bonus!
Will I go again? Absolutely!
This is normally our go to coffee shop, it always makes the best hot chocolates, today I visited and kez was serving, it was ridiculously busy but she was juggling everything with a massive smile on her face, ensuring she still gave the best service, thank you
My mum and I visited this Costa today for hot chocolate’s and we were served by a lovely lady called Teigan ( sorry if I haven’t spelt that correctly)
She was so lovely and helped us with our allergies too, she was very informative and helpful when it came to looking through the allergy list.
This is why I love coming to Costa!

Usual Costa coffee with great choice of cakes, coffee is always fab, great service. Lots of parking but can still be difficult to get parked near, very busy. A few outside tables but not many.
This cafe is situated on the upper floor. The seating area was clean and tidy. We found a table easily ( Saturday 7th May late on in the afternoon) however, this does get busy at peak times especially during the weekend. There is take away available.The millionaire shortcake tasted nice. The girls who served us were polite, prompt and well presented and took the time to explain how to use the Costa app to use your rewards. I especially liked the way they thanked you for your custom and said goodbye as you left, well done the Costa staff customer service like that really makes a difference. The retail park outside has free parking.
I am a regular customer and that is because the staff are very friendly, the service is great and the atmosphere is just right. I never fail to receive a warm welcome. Even at the busiest times, the table and floors are kept clean. The coffee is very good as are the range of hot and cold meals.
What can you say about Costa, lovely coffee. Here there was friendly staff and clean tables.
