Great food friendly service tasty and catered for allergies really well as am both gf and lactofree.yummy great prices though not really cheap but affordable just.Dadly spoilt at end as near 4pm and shaking mats right next to our seat which I found off-putting.I realise they need to clean up but not shaking mats adjacent to us!!

Lots of gluten free and vegan options! I had a gluten free vegan chocolate orange oat bar, which was delicious. There was also gluten free vegan chocolate cake, gf vegan ginger slice, gf cookies, gf florentines, gf vegan coffee slice. So much choice! They also had vegan toastie options and a lovely carrot, coconut, and cumin soup which my friend had with soughdour and vegan butter. Highly recommend for those with dietary requirements.
I also had a wonderful Raspberry smoothie, and the lady kindly added peanut butter at my request. It tasted amazing!

Firsr time visit to Knaresborough opted for Number Thirteen for a break...
Very small inside can seat about 8 people comfortably or 6 with dogs ... Coffee was nice and tasty but came in very small cups which were not really suited for a latte at the prices charged.
Menu seriously over charging for sandwiches and £3.20 for two bits of toast and a little jar of butter/margarine that just about covered one of the slices...
Overall not brilliant , not value for money and too cramped to relax...
Staff 10/10 though friendly and professional..

Really lovely little cafe. Friendly staff & tasty food and drinks!

Nice little cafe with some lovely cakes. Great service. Coffee is good. As this place is very very small and quite popular, you'll often be lucky to get sat down at all!

Lovely hidden away vintage tearoom in the middle of Knaresborough. Dog friendly and excellent customer service and clean toilet facility. I had the ginger slice which was absolutely divine and the loose leaf rhubarb tea. Mum enjoyed her Ginger and lemongrass tea and lemon and white chocolate Blondie. This is the best independent Tearoom in Knaresborough and I have visited since being a child .

Hands down the best coffee being served in Knaresborough. Plus the Manna Bakery Cinnamon buns are amazing!

Lovely little cafe with great selection of cakes, sandwiches and soup. Cozy and quirky decor. Gently tinkling music. Dog friendly, but quite cramped inside.
Power and USB sockets at most tables, so could be a good place to spend a while, or do some work if you need to.

We were at the small number 13 (there's another bigger one down the street). Very cozy, lovely dark hot chocolate + cakes and kind service. We have a todler with food allergies but felt very welcome and safe to order. Also, there's a basket with childrens books to keep the kids happy a bit longer 😁

Wow - a lovely coffee and bacon roll.
The new Number Thirteen above Donkey Years here in Knaresborough is simply lovely. Really enjoyed the experience, the decor great too.
I'll be back again very soon and a few more times I think, wishing you every success..
