I have come in the store today and I have to say the manager B is excellent with her customer service. I came in to buy a vegan sausage roll and she warned me it wasn’t hot enough and offered to put in a new batch for me.
I am really appreciative for this kind of customer service!

I just want to say that B the manager of this store is a beautiful person and this store is lucky to have her! I had an issue this morning with the card machine and she was nothing but helpful and smiley. The world needs more B’s!!! ❤️ So much love for people with this level of kindness.

All Greggs shops are great places to go for bakery products and food to eat 'On the Go'. I would say they are very cost effective.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The shop is always clean and tidy. There are 4 tables inside and they do fill very quickly, so during busy times it is hard to get a table. Food is fresh, but not always hot from the hot counter. There is plenty of food available up until 2pm, when they start to close down, which is understandable as there is nothing worse than wasted food at the end of the day!

Staff are very friendly and if u can't see what u want 9 times out of 10 is cooking and they'll ask if u want to pop back or if it's a roll or Sandwhich they'll happily make u 1
