The large Haddock was very tasty and the fries were good to! An excellent meal on a foolish day! I went to Taton Park only to discover it is closed on Mondays!
Lovely rooms, although the shower wasn't great - very poor flow. This seems to be a universal hotel issue! Staff very friendly and helpful. The location is great but being in the town centre and part of a pub makes it quite noisy. All good by midnight though.
Nice venue to stay for a local private party. Pub looked very busy but the room was excellent, clean and well maintained.
Breakfast good and free overnight parking.
A little pricey but enjoyed our stay.
We visited for an evening meal which was very nice. Bar was well used, food was as described except the burgers were a little pink in the middle. My steak was superb and the fish pie was good. A very pleasant experience with no pressure to vacate the tables. Access/parking not too difficult.
Nice looking place but couldn't get dinner there so we went to Gusto just across the road and had a FANTASTIC MEAL £130+
