Popped in today (26th) for coffee and cake.
Coffee usual high standard. If I visit Lancaster this tends to be the cafe I head to. Cafe is part of Atkinsons coffee so the quality of coffee is consistently good
It's hidden away in the city centre and is a nice little place to just sit and relax
It can get busy as it was today with only one member of staff there who managed to calmly and professionally hold the fort

The restaurant is just amazing, clean, and very fancy, perfect for a date night, or a quiet evening with friends around a good meal. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is excellent, and very delicious. If there are more stars, I should discern 10.

Small, local cafe serving a range of coffees, teas & home made cakes including gluten free choices. Great atmosphere, in the old Music Room overlooking historic Sun Street, friendly staff. Inside or outside seating, one of the best in Lancaster

Good soup and good range to suit most tastes and ages. A friend didn't like the texture of the chicken in her panini but the other 4 of us left nothing!

I love to eat out in Lancaster. The Sun Cafe is the best place in town for hospitality and great food. whether its lunch, evening meal or a function, I love to take my friends there. I believe the food is underrated and on par with restaurants that you'll find in bigger cities at greater prices. I would definitely recommend the Sun Cafe.

Strongly recommend other businesses use sun cafe for feeding a meeting.
Excellent Service, Excellent Food, we enquired over the phone about a food order for collection, there was a delay getting the email order out to them just as the order was sent they gave us a call chasing it up, Showing they value clear communication and don't sit back just waiting.
The food was collected, one of the serving staff helped me take it to the van which was excellent.
Naturally, the food was wonderful it really added to our meeting.

We have gone to the Sun Cafe for years because the food is wonderful. We have never had a bad meal and have booked it for weddings and birthday parties. The atmosphere is wonderful and I really like the way the place is fitted out. It has a lovely feel to it. Well done Sun Cafe.
