Spent many happy hours sat in the sun watching the comings and goings on the trams with a pint or two of Guinness, is there anywhere better for tram watching?

Beautiful pub great spot with a good selection of beers only spoiled by very inattentive almost a lack of interest by the bar staff .

Great friendly pub, perfect for chilling out watching the world go by or in this case the Manx electric tram way.
Such a chilled environment I can see myself spending plenty of time here throughout the year.
