Absolutely gorgeous, seen this place mentioned on the warwick mums page on Facebook and had to try it out with my child and our friends! So glad we popped in as we have found our new favourite place! Perfect little play area to keep them entertained while you drink your coffee in peace! Real great variety on the menu for adults and children and all so reasonably priced too! - toasted hot cross bun with cheese & pickle was to die for! What topped it off was a free bunny cupcake when you completed a little Easter search around the tea room for the missing letters! My little girl was thrilled. Everywhere felt lovely & clean too, we will not hesitate to come back and recommend to friends!
Had an afternoon tea at the Royal Pump rooms. Everything was absolutely lovely. Sandwich was freshly made and cake was light and tasty. Had to take the scone and quiche home had no room to squeeze them in.
Highly recommend a slice of cake!
I grew up in this village, Cubbington, and left there when I was aged 12. (It is fifty years later!)
This tea room is situated in what was (I think), the old post office.
The ambience and decor is lovely. There is a play area for kids, which is really nice to see.
The selection of food is more that what you may expect in a tea room. It is far more than tea that is on offer here!
I highly rate this venue and look forward to another visit, when I drop by to visit the churchyard., where my parents remains are interred. (I was a chorister in the church, with the other five members of my family, and I used to sing the Once in Royal opening solo at Christmastide!)
The welcome and service was also superb.
Brilliant place to eat in Cubbington, Leamington spa. Lovely atmosphere, great food and staff are brilliant. Love the children’s corner for the little ones and board games for the bigger ones. Cakes are incredible. Thanks!
Lovely place, extremely friendly staff, enormous cakes and delicious lunches. Coffee also excellent. Two two-seat tables outside, dog-friendly inside and out.
It does have a young children play area which is great for parents but not if you want a quiet snack, worth being aware.

A lovely little local cafe. Very good value and a nice place to sit. A real treat for locals!
Food, service and value were outstanding. I watched the owner scrub a table within an inch of its life after a customer left. They obviously take great pride in their business.
Taken there for breakfast by a good friend and his dog Floss who I was visiting in Warwick. Brilliant, brilliant food, beautifully cooked and very reasonable prices. Lovely coffee and very friendly staff. The tea room is clean, tidy and very welcoming. Highly recommended if you enjoy a hearty but light breakfast. Thank you Holly and Co 🤗🤗😉 Tempted with a takeaway slice of cake but maybe next time.
We were 8 for breakfast today and it was superb especially the bacon.

This is such a wonderfully welcoming place to have lunch. Dogs are welcome. We took our daughter, son in law and 3 little granddaughters for lunch today and would strongly recommend it to all. Excellent food, service at a very fair price which is all fresh cakes all baked by the owner. Lovely equipped play area too.
