Subway

Very, good service and quality of food. I have been coming here quite a lot recently and I must say ever since the new manager Elvio has been put in charge, things have only been going up. He ensures that proper standards are in place and treats his staff accordingly and is not afraid to speak out his mind in a sensible and mature manner. Making sure that his upper management are aware of how to make things better for both the customer and staff. As well as that he ensures to deal with and rude customers in an appropriate manner and any conflict he must deal with is not his fault and as such it ensures we have a decent class of customers entering the store and enjoying a properly catered experience.

I recently went to this subway and was impressed by both the staff and their performance. I ordered a very large meal with a drink and I was surprised by how quickly it was made, I think the guy who made it was called Elvio. Although it was busy during the lunch rush he was able to get my order handled without any problems. Whilst there was the brief wait for my subway meal, I took a detour to the toilets and I must say. Usually toilets at places like these aren't very clean. Not so say they are downright dirty, but usually you can just feel the uncleanliness. But this Subway was different. I can tell that whoever runs this Subway runs a very tight ship and doesn't slack on his duties. When I am next in the area I must visit this Subway. That Elvio gentlemen seemed like a very nice person with a warm smile and a happy hello. I also ordered a drink and a small desert as I was rather hungry at the time and ate inside, 10/10 will go again.

I got me a subway this afternoon and it was made very very nicely! The guy working there, a young manager named Elvio I think, he made my order great and was very nice, he was prompt and he even made sure the toppings I got were a little bit generous. He made the experience nice and was very helpful towards other members of staff too when he was asking for something. I knew I had to chime in as I saw a review absolutely slandering this young man and it’s absolutely untrue! Thank you subway and thank you Elvio for a delicious meal for me and my kids

Placed an order on the app this weekend. A bug in the app meant the order was placed twice. Despite being a slightly complex process (Paypal), the franchise owner followed up and made sure the refund was processed and kept in touch. Obviously anyone would provide a refund, but I expected a lot of chasing etc. They clearly care. Thanks!
