I stumbled across Pure and Raw after a long day and in need of coffee. I can honestly it was the best coffee I've had in a long time and with almond milk which seems to not exist in other coffee shops. I also had a ginger shot which perked me right up. But the best thing was falling into conversation with the owner...what a delightful lady with real passion and warmth...she even gave me a taste of her gluten free, vegan mince pie made with almonds which was absolutely delicious. I'm sorry I forgot your name, but thank you for talking to me just when I needed a friendly face! Keep up the good work x

Friendly staff, owners who are looking after the place and a great selection of smoothies made fresh. The home made wraps and sweets are well worth a try.

Pure and Raw is my favourite smoothie place EVER, I visit on average 2/3 times a week and I am never disappointed. On arrival you are always greeted with such big smiles and positive energy. Once ordered you are often blessed with some friendly chit chat.
Then when it’s time to go, you are sent away with good vibes and big smiles once again, and this is received on every visit. I could recommend this place enough, great menu, great staff, clean facility, A star service.

Visited Lemmington Spa for the weekend, passed by this cute little place and had to go in! As soon as you walk in the lovely staff greet you and the aromour of fresh fruit and vegetables is really amazing. I ordered a tropical fruit smoothie and had 2 natural, homemade protein balls which was so delicious and packed with flavour. You can tell they put so much effort and love into everything they create and sell.
Really amazing wraps you can tell they are truly fresh like 100x better than one from sains or tesco forreal. Not bad prices either. AMAZING AND CREATIVE smoothies and juices as well. Huge fan now after going just once.
Plenty of juice selection, but the best thing is the food - awesome vegan/vegetarian selection, including soups, paninis, bagels, salads with hummous and vegan sausage pieces, and now, cakes and flapjacks!
Great for a quick snack, and won't break the bank either.
Superb. Had a tofu salad and it was beyond amazing. So many different juices and smoothies. It's on my way to work so I'll be there again soon :)
Well I went into this shop one day and got greeted by a really nice guy, who told me what nearly all the different Smoothies are and what they contained, tried some organic spelt grass one day, tastes to me like sweet avocado juice to be fair but overall everything was high standard and nothing wrong with this place definitely gonna go again big time! :)
Nicely surprised with that healthy option for lunch. Delicious and filling salads and wraps. Would be great if they have hot lunch options too.
