Unfortunately my drink got spilled over the floor, my friend went in to get me a new one and they re made it for nothing, Noah came out and helped clean it all up he was so lovely and helpful I felt so bad but he made no fuss and was eager to help thank you so much :)
Me and my friend visited Starbucks at The Springs today after our gym session. The staff are lovely, Noah and Holly replaced our drink after an unfortunate spillage. They were both very friendly and eager to help. Appreciated loads :)
Twice now I have been in for a white hot chocolate and been given a mocha. Think the staff need to listen to what I am asking. I do not like coffee which is why I order hot chocolate. I did not have time to take back and change as I had to get to work so I wasted £5 so thanks for that
