Really struggled to pick just one place to try in the market, but so happy I went to Manjit's Kitchen in the end. Great for veggies - the samosas were amazing, and the local Kirkstall beer went down well with it too. Only downside is the 360 mile round trip if I want to eat there again!

Very good paneer wrap, samosa sandwich and onion bhajis. Order was a little slow; it was a bit disheartening seeing about 5 other orders going through before ours but it was very fresh and tasty. The paneer wrap was well flavoured - the only downside was it ended up being a bit oily and it started to fall apart as you got down to the last bits. Ensure you get plenty of napkins! The onion bhajis are not like your standard; they were very much onion bhaji fries - I don’t think there was a single entire bhaji. But because of this, it meant it was very crispy and very flavourful 👌 Did ask for a fork but they only had wooden disposable spoons unfortunately!

While the food at this establishment was certainly enjoyable, there is still some room for improvement in terms of the overall dining experience. That being said, I would still recommend giving this restaurant a try, as the quality of the cuisine is certainly worth sampling. One thing to keep in mind is that this restaurant is located inside the Kirkgate market, which can make it a bit tricky to locate. It may require a bit of searching to find the exact location, but once you do, you will be rewarded with a unique and exciting dining experience. It is also worth noting that there are plenty of seating areas available in the vicinity of this establishment, as there are many other food stalls and vendors located nearby. This can create a lively and bustling atmosphere and provides a great opportunity to sample a wide variety of cuisines and dishes in one location. Overall, while there are some logistical challenges to dining at this establishment, the food and atmosphere are certainly worth the effort.

Inside Leeds Market kitchen area, nice to see it busy. Food ready after about 10-15 minutes wait and was tasty. Lots of butter used in the Vada Pav which may or may not be to your taste. Not quite the authentic taste as you will get in Mumbai but nice nonetheless. Masala dosa was yummy but the sambar served was more of a daal which was ok. Mango lassi was perfect accompaniment to the meal. Would definitely go again to try some of the other tempting menu items.

Come here after watching a review on rate my takeaway by Danny. All i can say is WOW. The food was fantastic the spice was perfect and just an explosion of flavour in your mouth. You have to try this if your visiting Leeds! I will be back again. We had a pakora and a chilli panner wrap and shared a bhaji between us.

Great Indian/vegetarian food in Leeds city centre. All the food was really delicious. Good value for money and left us feeling full. Lots of different options to try too! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quick/cheap meal.

Decent food for a good price, all veggie or vegan too. Looked like they had a decent selection of local and craft beers. Only complaint was the salad looked a little 'tired' and it would have been nice to have a board telling you what curries were being served that day.

Summary: Fast service, great food. I ordered the masala dosa which is very enjoyable for a light lunch. The dosa was crispy as it should be, the potato filling was nicely flavoured and the sambar hot, coconut relish added the finishing touches to make it taste authentic. I didn't get a chance to see if they were still serving beer, maybe I'll find out next time.

I tried the paneer chilli wrap on Saturday and it was amazing. There was a big queue and I can see why. Wholesome hearty food! I will defintely come back to try more. Staff also super nice and food arrived fast even though they were busy.
