Good choice of beer for the beer drinkers in our party. Big choice of food. Great size portions and very tasty. Good friendly service too.

Definitely recommend this place. I travel alone and visited it late at night, and still felt there perfectly fine - great, genuine local experience, very nice beer and snacks, and a safe space.

As it was lunchtime my wife & I didn't want much to eat so we had the Spicy Crabcakes and a bowl of chunky chips. The service was good and didn't have long to wait. The Crabcakes were ample size and very tasty as were the chips. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and can't wait to go back and try something off the main menu. The price was also very reasonable...
