Just this afternoon I treated my friend to the Gin & tonic afternoon tea. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely divine! The table was set out lovely and the attention to detail was outstanding! From the table cloth, napkins, cup and saucer filled with ice and lemon for the Gin, to the afternoon tea stand which was filled with the most delicious treats which included a little cup each filled with crisps. My favourite was the swiss roll which was so light and not over filled with cream and had raspberries in.
I anticipated bringing something home as there was so much but we couldn't stop eating :)

Always visit Langlands in Shiptonthorpe when in the area & especially on our way to & from the coast. Often meet up with friends in the cafe for a meal or equally good is the coffee shop for lighter snacks. Also a great selection of food in the farm shop - we usually go away laden with goodies. Good clean toilets - always a bonus when travelling. Great things on offer both in the garden centre & the shop areas & come Christmas time the displays are amazing. Top notch.

My car broke down and I managed to get it into the garden centre car park. I had several cups of coffee and a delicious fruit scone whilst I was waiting for recovery. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back in the future.
I've been after a varigated peace lily for a while and heard langlands bought them in. Got talking to an absolutely lovely staff member (Jake) who was so helpful. I was after a few things and even though it was close to closing time, he went out of his way taking me to where I needed to be and gave me great advice and suggestions and got me what I needed too! Will definitely be coming back and the quality of the plants are great. No pests and in excellent condition, you can tell that they are looked after very well, and great price point too! Will be popping in more often
Well set out, clean and tidy. Good choice of items indoors and outdoors. Cafe has good range of food and generally very good. Sadly, scones were overcooked on day I went meaning my cheese scone was dry! However, first time I have experienced this so won't stop me going again. All staff welcoming and friendly.
The cafe is great in here! I bought a few pots and soaps that were discounted too. Always find a bargain!

Early October sees their Christmas decorations in place. Good quality, pricey nice staff, good for gardens, BBQ, garden furniture a coffee and snacks. What out for end of season sales... Ready for the following year.
Nice place....bought ten fish from here over 2 years ago and they're all still thriving in the pond, unlike fish from other places
Lovely little place not as big as some I've been in but we'll worth a visit. Staff friendly and informative know their stuff.

Good value here and great advice about trees I will return. Recommended especially if you require assistance and advice.
Everything for the garden. Plants are, in the main, good value for money with plenty of options, but other items can be rather highly priced.
Well laid out and certainly worth a visit to assess for yourself.
