Looks lovely - great gardening supplies and the fairground is fun. Very busy today as it's half term: I would have eaten at the café but it was crowded and noisy. I will come again another time as the menu looks lovely and the staff friendly. A great, airy, light-filled space surrounded by colourful flowers - heaven!
Great place to visit the playground is fab , nice food in the cafe and delicious ice cream. The Craft area was fantastic and very well resources when it first opened however not much available the last few visits however my three year old daughter still enjoys it. The plants are very reasonably priced and great quality. I would definitely recommend.
Garden centre is nice but come here more for the kids to enjoy the newly fitted playground which has a very good variety of swings, slides, climbing things for children. Bonus is that there is a bike/scooter lane to allow small kids to cycle round. Plenty of table and benches too. Parking is plentiful. Overall definitely worth a visit and it's free too!
Great garden centre, plenty choice of plants and pots... also some lovely gifts
Cafe is nice, the potting shed outdoor cafe is lovely, good coffee and sandwiches at a reasonable price
The new improved park area is fab! Great area for the kids to play!
A fantastic morning here yesterday. The new Fun Around is great for kids and I enjoyed it too. Plenty for them to do there plus ice creams and refreshments right near the new play area. Cafe looks great too and serves great tasting coffee. Tea cakes very yummy
Absolutely fantastic for kids! I came here the other day after they'd refurbed the kids play area - it's brilliant and FREE. My 2 year old loved going to "the beach"! They have an area suitable for younger kids, as well as a full playground for older kids. My 2 year old also loved the diggers to dig up the sand.
They have a hut selling food too, but get in there early on busy days as most things had sold out by the time we wanted to eat - as a bonus, the ice cream was lush!
Gorgeous spacious park through the grounds of the garden center, all soft surface and lots of sand (be prepared to bring it home in your shoes) the playground has a large track around it for kids bikes and scooters which is lovely, there is equipment for all ages from toddlers to big kids. With a cafe and plenty of benches. Definitely a gem of a park will definitely be visiting again
Such a lovely local Garden Centre
The Leeds Link/ Ring Road has now been completed so access is easy.
The Cafe is really great and reasonably priced.
Staff are polite and helpful.
It is my local garden centre and I'm always popping in for something for mh garden..
New play area is fantastic, my 6 & 4 yr olds were in their element, fab for scooters and small bikes if not too busy. Staff really friendly in the Potting shed cafe too 😊
We often visit for breakfast as a treat, lovely setting especially on the top floor looking over the greenhouse. Food is decent value and tasty, staff are friendly and the atmosphere is chilled. We always check out the houseplants, it's a relatively small selection but you never know what surprises you might find, we once found a anthurium clarinervium at a bargain price now it's my pride and joy. Oh and don't be put off by what people say about roadworks, they're finished now and Arium is well sign posted.
Normally a great place to eat but today it went from one end of the scale to the other. About 11.30am we arrived at the atrium and went to order our food when I was told "We have stopped serving food because we have taken too many orders" I then asked the young girl "so we have to go somewhere else to eat" she then said "yes" wouldn't mind but it was not that busy 😡
Great play area for the kids .
Cafe good. Shopping and plants good.
Only minor moan is the toilets are quite far from the play area you know kids are always last minute.
