What I liked the most was, the spacious dining area and the duty conscious friendly cleaning staff, who keep the dining area clean
The lady who helps cleaning, Paula she's called. What an amzing caring women she was.
I just got my food on the tray and i had my baby in a pram and she walked past noticing i was struggling. Straight away she was over helping me she took my tray from me and helped me find a seat.
She also cleaned my table staight away.
I was so happy with her service so happy we have people who help and care, great customer service!

outstanding customer service and a pleasure to talk to. over worked but still has a huge smile on his face. deserves a pay rise and credit from other staff.

Nothing much to say about this maccies as only called in for a coffee and a fruit shoot. But they got that all done correctly and fast. Place was clean. Staff well presented.
It was very busy but Ian found us a table and cleaned it promptly for us . He was very welcoming, friendly and helpful!
Lovely experience at this mcdonalds. Food piping hot chips perfect. Lovely lady helped me get to my table with tray and buggy. Nice and clean, was even getting me a high chair cleaned when I went to sit down. Can't find a bad thing to say about this Mcdonalds

Seating is available and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The food court is upstairs, and accessed via escalators, but a lift is available for those who wish to use it.
Standard food, standard menu, standard service. Nothing more or nothing less you are expected from this McDonald. They are always busy, but very efficient (in compare to the next store fast food chain). I think due to their popularity, food are always fresh and hot. Open area to sit and enjoy the food, finding a seat can be a challenge sometimes.
Me and the fella eat here when we visit. Unlike other eateries, we know what to expect from Maccy D's. Even with the reduced menu during the Covid crisis, you can get a decent burger and fries which is the same price wherever you go in the country. The service is slow as there are queues, but the food's worth waiting for.
