The real “juicy gossip” on this place:
Shocking service!
We did not receive part of our order and on calling the takeaway we were told we could just have them next time we order as they were “too busy” and “had no drivers”.
When we asked for it to be delivered later they said it was not possible, when asking for a partial refund they said they can’t and we’d have to come into the shop if we wanted to take it further.
The manners of the staff are more than lacking.
It was bold of them to assume we would order again to get the other half of our order next time.

bought food and had half of it missing and was more than an hour late, rang up and they couldn't help at all, no refund or nothing. Staff were rude and repeating the same mistake and claimed we were lying. The food we got was good but the hospitality ruined it. Poor poor service not going back.

My sister got a delivery, Half the food was missing £15 worth. Rang back and was told the delivery drivers missing and there was nothing they could do. Discusting

Ordered food at just gone 5:20 on the juicygossip website, recieved my confirmation email explaining it had been accepted and would arrive at 6:31pm. At 6:40 i called up to find out how much longer it would be, to find out they had no idea about my order! Then to get told id have to wait another 35-40mins for the food... deffinatley not, CANCELLED!
