Used to visit regularly when it was Harry Ramsden's. First time visit since it's become the Wetherby whaler. Food & service good and decent parking. Pianist can get a bit overpowering after a while due to volume.
Nice place, brilliant service and decent fish and chips. Not a patch on Murgatroyds though
The food was good, nice and hot and fresh. The portion size is generous.
The staff were friendly although getting another round of drinks was difficult.
The atmosphere was lovely, having the pianist playing gave a lovely old school vibe, that was just charming. I would highly recommend.
