Couldn't have asked for a more convenient location ! This store is one stop shop for those caffeine emergencies on Sunday morning (rather every morning) ! They have a well stocked menu, a friendly staff and gorgeous interiors. They have ample seating capacity both indoors and outdoors but there's no parking space at the property.

I came with friend and were served by Beata, very nice & professional staff. We had delicious Mocha, Milano hot chocolate and almond croissants. Pleasant atmosphere, clean &tidy place, I highly recommend this cafe.

It’s one more coffee shop from a famous brand. Today I'm in Leeds, and before I go home, I stop here for a cup of iced Latte. Good that there is no need to expect some new taste. In Caffe Nero, all coffee has the same taste. That's great. No matter where you go, you can drink every time with your favorite a coffee.

So clean and tidy. Many varieties of sandwiches and cakes as always. Staffs really good and seem to know what they are doing. Even tho busy, baristas serve the costumers quickly and you don't have much to wait. Well done to the team!

Great hidden away cafe. Ample seating inside and out just a few minutes away from the city centre and railway station. Very pleasant and polite staff. We stayed overnight at a nearby hotel but visited here twice.

Good service and hot coffee. Cold brews and frappe are not to the standard, otherwise 5 stars. Love the seating area, very comfortable for a get together or for working. Best times to visit are after 4 when it’s empty.

Had a lovely oat hot chocolate and sat in the "outside" area. Staff were friendly but professional

Loved this place, probably the best Caffe Nero in Leeds. But that is a secret to be shared with just a few. We like it quiet so this was ideal for us. Quiet conversation is cool or there is an enormous selection of books to read if you want time alone to ponder. Slap bang in the middle of numerous office based businesses so it's also good for small gatherings or 1-to-1s from such fraternities. The two baristas were really friendly chaps, well skilled in their art and for sure we will be returning some time soon.

Friendly service, but a little slow when busy. Nice decor with comfortable seats. Many sockets for laptops, etc. Can be annoying with "business buzzword bingo" at times. On the whole, a nice place.
