Got our coffee and food at 11.45 (highlighting this for the staff member on shift) and was brilliant. Staff member was chatty, happy and our coffee was amazing. Also explained the loyalty card point scheme to us. Amazing.

Staff here are always lovely and welcoming. A big shoutout to Kiran - I have a hidden disability and struggled to say my order, but Kiran was really attentive and did not rush nor force me to speak. Really appreciate that - consideration of others really does go a long way :)!!!

Brilliant addition to the train station, coffee is the usual Nero quality but I think the service suffers from the staff being so accustomed to pressure and queues, when its quieter I'd love to see them engage with customers more. The barista today was really friendly so high fives to him! The cashier was very preoccupied juggling something else (there was no queue) which made me feel a bit inhuman. Best coffee in the train station though, don't walk past :)

This Caffè Nero Express is a tiny booth in the entrance to Leeds station but it serves great coffee - as you'd expect from Nero and has a surprising option of other items as well. Friendly and chatty staff. If you need a quick coffee while you wait for a train this is a good place to grab one on the go!

I like Nero coffee, always rich in flavour, no idea why Starbucks and Costa ever see customers when there is a Nero within reaching distance
