I absolutely adore this place. I'm no longer allowed to have coffee due to health reasons so Cupp has become my new favourite addiction due to their milk teas. I usually get the vanilla milk with Blueberry bubbles. Every time I come to town this is the first place I go! Staff are always welcoming and friendly. 😊

One of the best milk teas I’ve ever had. Went with my girlfriend at the weekend and we had a vanilla milk tea and a strawberry milk tea and both of them were absolutely delicious. A lot of the negative reviews I’ve seen on here are around needing to be very specific when placing your order, ice / sweetness levels, toppings etc. It’s worth keeping in mind, as the staff (while friendly) don’t ask you to clarify any details. We went with no ice and 1 flavour of popping pearl each and weren’t disappointed. Would highly recommend!

Visited today and we were so confused as to what to buy. Got to say the lady serving (ALICE) was extremely friendly and helpful. The bubble tea she recommended tasted amazing and would we shall definitely come back for more! Thankyou very much Alice :) xx

This is the best bubble tea in the town and the brand is from my home country - TW! I’ve only try three times and already addicted to the brown sugar milk tea/ oolong tea/ with tapioca. Highly recommended to whoever wanna try some Taiwanese style tea.

I was introduced to this place by one of my friends who is also a worker and I instantly fell in love. The drinks taste amazing, the presentation looks fabulous and the workers are so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend you checking it out if you're around that area.
