Friendly service and good coffee. However, I found it a bit unprofessional for the staff in the morning to be chatting whilst the queue was coming out of the door. The speed of service was a bit slow, I found. I have worked in hospitality for over 7 years and I know there are times when you can do that, of course. But not when it's busy

Absolutely lovely experience at Boar Lane store this afternoon 19th March 4.30pm. Shout out to Jenny at the store who gave me a coffee and a donut 🍩 for free because I shared with her the fact I was having a bad day. Super friendly, they make time to chat rather than just pass food to you. Use manners, please and thank you, (how rare is that these days) and always try to up sell, great for the brand, but also gives the customer choice. Very happy to be a repeat customer for several years now

Lovely staff and I got a steak vegan bake for free seen as I wanted vegan doughnuts but they didn't have any left . Now that's amazing treatment thank you
