Ordered off JustEat, spot on from this Greggs branch. Swapped out a drink for me as requested too, thank you. Also been into the store itself before and it's always fresh food, clean premises and friendly staff.

So I called in to get a sandwich & sausage roll for work, their contactless wasn't working and I don't carry cash, I always use my phone. After popping in the back the gent serving me came back and said. "As it's our fault you can't pay you can have your goods for free. After thanking him I asked for his name, it was Issac.

Perfect location in the heart of Cross gates shopping centre. Great pricing and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Big shout out to Danny for their great customer service and building customer rapport! Definitely a great stop - I stop by every evening after work! Hope the refurb goes well and see you when you re-open!

All the family loves Greggs, from Pizza Slices for the girls, sausage rolls and sandwiches for the parents and finishing it all off with a Bavarian Slice and Vanilla Slice. Cannot fault it's prices or the service.

This is one of the best Gregg's I frequent, food is of a high enough quality and customer service was speedy and satisfactory. Other than being a small restaurant, theres nothing else negative to say at this point.
