I was greeted by Alan and he was so friendly and welcoming. He showed us to our table and was constantly ensuring we was doing well. His service was amazing along with Ethel who was really nice and looked after us well. She made sure the drinks were made with great effort and they both were just amazing in general. Liam is such an asset to your team. Had him over the weekend and, wow, how handsome! I haven’t had service as great as his in the 42 years I have lived in Leicester. He couldn’t do enough for our group, and was so friendly and efficient. We will be back and hopefully we will see our favourite waiter again!

Chris and Alan were amazing the service was the best I’ve ever experienced in any Turtle Bay and honestly any restaurant I’ve ever been to IN MY LIFE. They were very accommodating and made us feel at home at the bar during happy hour. Can honestly not recommend this restaurant enough I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
