One of the best nights I have ever had. Thank-you so much to all of the staff as it was an absolutely lovely evening.
I started with ordering drinks at the bar. I got served immediately and had a drink in my hand within minutes. I can’t wait to come back for a few more.
The food was astounding! As a chef I’m usually disappointed/unsatisfied/uninterested but the sea bass was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had! Whoever cooked that fish needs to know that it was perfectly done and I shall be thinking about that meal semi-regularly. I don’t often post reviews but I genuinely thought I’d be doing the world a disservice by not posting this one.
(And to the staff that evening (02/08/23), in another life I’d love to be friends, I had the joy of listening and watching you serve tables and talk amongst yourselves, made me think on all the fun times I had back when I was a waitress.)
I’m so sorry I did not catch names, but I wasn’t served by just one person. I spoke to a bunch of you lovely people. I felt so welcome. This whole experience was so refreshing, I’m genuinely still buzzing from it. Keep on doing what you’re doing guys, it’s working <3
Lovely restaurant with some much vintage paraphernalia. It is a quite large space so you can possibly find a seat here without a reservation on most days (don’t hold me to it though). The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful with their suggestions. Liked the brunch that we had too, fresh produce and quite delicious. They have a decent vegan and gluten free options, although I didn’t really enjoy the gluten free bread.
Really nice place, good food, great atmosphere, I recommend this place. We went on a Saturday evening and it was quite busy. Food didn't take to long to come really tasty.
Great place to book for parties. Our group was around 32 people, we booked out the loom room and had our own bar, Violet our bartender was lovely and very attentive to everyone.
The servers were super great with the big group and attending to people's dietary requirements.
Stephen was also great on the bar upstairs and the cocktails were expertly made. You can mix and match different cocktails with the two for £11.95 deal! I'm used to having to get two of the same with most 2-4-1 deals.
Shout-out to Bradley, Nathan, and Savanna. The whole team were super friendly and the night ran really smoothly.
I ordered the medium rare steak and it was cooked perfectly and came with really good chips too.
Visited a couple of times. Atmosphere good. Staff very friendly. Food good but needs more choice. Most things contain onion and peppers which I cannot eat. Would love a little more choice without onions and peppers please Cosy Club! Cocktails lovely.
Eve has an absolutely Fab Host , and if you have allergies this is somewhere I would definitely recommend our 5 year old Son has severe Nut & crustacean Allergy - I have never eaten anywhere that has taken such good care and really made the whole process feel as relaxing as it can be! From start to finish Eve made sure we were looked after!!
It was alright! I bought buttermilk fried chicken with fries and coleslaw! The chicken was over fried and it was hard to cut and hurting my teeth. The fries lacked salt but it was good. Coleslaw was good.
Service is quite bad! They took forever to even coke to the desk to get the order or to get our payments even though we saw some of them just standing there! The food took ages to come but given that it was a busy night, understandable! Slightly overpriced.
The service was fantastic, the waitress was very helpful and informative. I thought that the vegetarian options for dinner were limited. I ordered the tomato and chedder tart and was disappointed with the size of it although it comes with fries the tart itself was small. We both decided to try out their desserts menu and opted for the brownie which was delicious but I thought the price was expensive.
Amazing Sunday brunch. Food was incredibly tasty and all the staff were helpful, charming and engaging. A big thank you to Emma...a natural in the world of hospitality!!
The food is delicious and very reasonable priced for how good it is. The drink aren’t expensive either which makes this place great if you’re looking for a cheaper night out. The staff are lovely and polite and are easy to make conversation with.
