If I could give 100&Six a Ten star I definitely would. Genuinely one of the best meals I've had. Menu isn't expansive, but in most cases forces you to be a bit adventurous and try something different, particularly with the cocktails. Everything we tried was really well balanced and beautifully presented - Fried Avocado was amazing, best croquettes I've had outside of spain, Burratta sounds simple but had delicious accompaniments and the Steak was on point (we went crazy and had it blue, but didn't regret it). To top it off on a busy Good Friday the service was really attentive and everything came out quick sharp. The staff are really friendly and Robin was brilliant at explaining the flavour combinations for our order and what they are trying to do as a bar/restaurant. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!
Enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast. Food was delicious and well presented. The smoked caramel cheesecake is delicious and even the coffee tastes great!
Great find. Different food, good wine, the best coffee and very pleasant staff. Will definitely return.
Lovely feel to this cafe, staff were great, with a fresh modern look to the interior. If you are thinking of working or maybe running a cafe, come here to see how it should be done
Excellent service, great food and an all around lovely place to dine. definitely visiting again.
Had an amazing time, the food was amazing, being from South Africa I always have a big opinion on steak and hands down your hanger steak was the best I've had in this country so far! The atmosphere was awesome and so was the playlist! Great service! You guys have every reason to be proud of an amazing eatery! The gent upstairs proper looked after us! Can't wait for our next visit!
We visited recently for the first time for dinner and weren't disappointed. Fantastic food and service, good atmosphere and clearly very popular.
Dishes are designed to share, with interesting flavour combinations and pickles to bring out the flavours. Some dishes worked better than others, but they were all clearly made with lots of thought and finesse. Highlights included the broccoli, Jerusalem artichokes, and the triple cooked chips.
Cocktails were interesting, and wine was good.
Our waitress was the perfect combination of there when you wanted her without hovering, and honest about the dishes without up selling.
It's pricier than your average high street restaurant, but you get a lot more creativity and skill, so it's definitely worth it!
5* rating, well deserved!
The triple cooked chips are amazing, along with the homemade english breakfast. The service was spot on and the employees were very friendly.
Was very happy with the food and service. Will definitely be visiting again soon 😁
Lovely cosy spot for a coffee or a bite to eat. Seating downstairs is super cosy, and upstairs has larger tables for bigger groups or sit down meals. Interior is beautifully styled and staff are lovely. Menu is slightly pricey but good variety with vegan and vegetarian options. Food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious - good portion sizes too! Additional seating outdoors for sunny days.
Superb.
I was really disappointed when the Richard III closed as it was the only place in Leicester that I'd found for a Sunday lunch that was better than purely "acceptable", so I was overjoyed when their former chef joined the team at 100&Six.
I've eaten here three times now and think I have sampled everything single thing on the menu.
Some items are quite quirky, but they all seem to work. The deep fried avocado sounds wrong but it's so damn tasty, the candied bacon is bloody morish, the red Leicester and ham croquettes are so gooey and unhealthy, and the Sunday lunch is top notch.
