Had a wonderful meal , portions are very large and beautifully cooked. Service was first class. If you like your India food I thoroughly recommend you try the new kitchen and menu .
Excellent food! We had a curry and a sizzler and it was very tasty, came out fast and hot. Great service! Could do with a little kids menu but were more than happy to do nuggets and chips for the kids if wanted! Will be back soon.
First visit to the new Indian Restaurant at the Harrow... massively enjoyed the meals and drinks... Mega friendly staff and authentic Indian food. We will be back and have a takeaway soon. Paul and Lesley
I went here for a Sunday roast. The Sunday roast now is a lot better than the carvery before. All the food is fresh, and the flavours are out of this world. It was very nice, amazing food, great service and good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend :)
What a fantastic evening very warm welcome from all the staff, the food was incredible 10/10 the bar staff have been outstanding. Tee and Amar are not only very friendly and but funny too.
Tried the butter chicken and crispy Bhajias were some of the best I have tried 😋
Definitely my new go to curry house.
To top it off the beer was cold and spot on tasted fresh and went down a treat.
The food was lovely, full of flavours. All curries and rices that we had was very good sizing and very fresh. The service was very good. Definitely will be going back again..
We went to the Harrow Inn yesterday as we found out that they have started doing Indian food.
We had an excellent meal provided by Doon Spices team. The food was freshly prepared and the service was excellent too.
I highly recommed a visit to this place and try the food. Yous shall not be dissapointed.

Having been in thurmaston 13 years and only going into the Harrow inn twice before we decided to try it out today for a Sunday lunch, we were pleasantly surprised, a very warm welcome from Yvonne behind the bar, she instantly put me at ease as I do get anxious in places I'm not sure off, so lovely to be welcomed in a local pub. Anyway , back to the Sunday roast, it was so tasty 😋 just the right amount too even thou if you wanted extra you could as we were asked if we wanted any extra roast potatoes, veg or gravy, loved the grated parsnips, the flavour overall was fab. We will certainly visit more often now. Just 3 mins away from home 🏡 why we didn't come more often before I don't know but the welcome today really topped it all off. Lovely that the owner came and took the time to speak to us too. Fab job . See you for the curry night next. 5 🌟 from us.
Went into the Harrow for the 1st time in many years. Met some new people who are obviously regulars, who were friendly and welcoming, they all greeted me like I was a local too. I ate a chicken, leak, and potatoe pie with mash and veg, and it was one of the best pies I've had from a pub in a while, i only wish I'dtaken photos before I demolished it, the servicewas on point, I would highly recommend this pub.
