Lovely pub, fantastic food, even better as have a baby changing facility, great service, got some great lunch deals on if you want something cheap and cheerful for lunch. Nice place to meet up with friends, definitely be coming back 👍
We didn't have food so unable to rate, menu looked appetising though 😋 nice large pub plenty seating and lots of TV screens for sports etc 😀

The barmaid took my order and asked if I had any allergies. A great start.
The thing I ordered should be the most popular on the menu. The "Dirty Animal" burger.
The burger was exquisite. The right amount of fat/meat ratio you should have (possibly thanks to the beef rib meat).
The chips were light and fluffy. Perfectly cooked, although not as good as my wife's home made.
There came a metal tub with shards of carrott, cabbage and red onion (see pictures). This was very much not needed. The burger had salad on it. If this was a slaw, and kept refrigerated until after it left the pass (basically kept out of heat and with some moisture) then would be fine.
Gave feedback to staff, who were on the same page as me completely. Glad to see feedback taken in such a positive manor.
Will be here again.
The food is fresh and you get good value for money, a good portion size. I came today for lunch and my meal was very nice. Something new I tried here. The service is professional and the bar staff are very polite everytime I come. Atmosphere is pleasant and quiet relaxed at lunch time. O'Neil as a whole is nice traditional pub.
Had a lovely time at O'Neills watching England qualify for the final of the women's World Cup. Had wonderful food and the service was sensational!

Reserved a table to watch an England game. Entered the venue and instantly got shown to our table. Staff were very friendly.
We went up to the bar to order a couple of drinks and then ordered the remainder of our meal and drinks at the table. BECKY was incredibly accommodating, showed us to our table, and welcomed us. Staff are lovely and friendly, atmosphere is good.
After a perfect amount of time, Becky brought our food & drinks out, just in time for the game. We feel like we have finally found our local. We will be visiting again! 👌🏼
I enjoy the food at O'Neils, a real upgrade compared to Spoonies and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. A minor issue over a Groupon was quickly resolved by the manager and everything was great. The only thing I would say, and this is a society issue, there were a few football fans in, which is to be expected when a match is on the TV. But a few were rather vocal with their swearing. I know we live in a 'me, me' generation and maybe I'm a bit old fashioned but I shouldn't have to hear effing and jeffing spoken out loud. Of course, people use fruity language when their out but it's the 'everyone can hear me and I don't care' attitude I don't like. Otherwise, top class!
An additional meal was mistakenly added to our order. Our server came to the table, admitted the error and our card was credited. Appreciated the honesty. Food was very nice thank you Summer and Dan.
You know what you're getting here. Good atmosphere, no trouble (from what I've seen) decent beer and a good laugh. Food has always been nice when I've had it, so no complaints from me.
