“Each time I place an online order, some basic items are missing. I’m not sure why this continues to happen. They frequently omit cutlery, straws, or tissues. This behavior needs to be improved, as it occurs repeatedly rather than as a one-time issue.”

Today me and my family decided to visit cravings in leicester. Heard amazing reviews. When we arrived the customers infront paid with bank transfer and when it came to us they said no card only cash. Lady was extremely rude aswell when we asked why they let the people infront off

Cravings is dessert heaven! The milkshakes are insanely good — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Perfect place to treat yourself.

This used to be my weekly dessert place. On the last 3 occasions service has been poor and waiting times long. Waiting times on Deliveroo are 1+ hour for an ice cream sundae - Poor! Unfortunately after being disappointed I still gave a chance after chance, this time, patience hasn't paid off. I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Stale waffle - strawberries used were off and tasted acidic, ruined the whole waffle. I don't like wasting food but had to bin 70% of it, that's how inedible it was. Not my first bad experience, though I have had more positive than negative …

Friendly staff. Didn't have to wait too long for our order.
Ordered the Knafeh - only place I come to have one! And ordered a waffle - really nice thick size compared to other dessert places.
Would definitely recommend.
