The best value for money with good food and friendly staff where else can I get a pint of Guiness and a gin and tonic for £5.39 two people can eat out with two drinks and two good meals for under £30 will definitely be going again.

Great food and great value, get there early though as it gets busy and the wait for food can be long, the mixed grill was cooked to perfection and my mates burger was huge.

Loved the blackbird. We went for lunch & really enjoyed our meal, we shared a starter which was big & had a big meal. The food was cooked perfectly, the service was quick. I would definitely recommend the blackbird to anyone.

There was a little wait for food but was advised when ordering so to be expected. Staff were very helpful friendly and pleasant. Food arrived exactly as ordered and was very nice.

We both ordered a bbq wrap which were really nice, the chips unfortunately were cold and not very nice and we had to go up and ask for our drinks as the kitchen staff hadnt taken the receipt through to the bar as we ordered on our phone from the qr code on the table, the staff were really friendly though

Food was delicious, had a classic mixed grill which came with plenty to eat! Only issue is due to it being a Saturday it was very busy when we arrived and so the food took around 45 minutes from ordering. I feel if I had gone on a weekday it would have felt a lot more relaxed and could definitely become a go to place, just not on a weekend especially with the six Nations rugby showing, making the place even busier! (Not their fault) The staff seem very friendly and still put in a good service even on busy nights like tonight. All in all the food itself was worth the wait and I'd definitely go back again!
