Really good food we ate in for lunch than came back for seconds at the street food stall and took that home for tea, definitely be back again!
Ordered the paneer tikka burger. The middle of the patty was cold but the staff gave us a new one of the house. Great service and good tasting food.
Mirch Masala.
I have tried this place in the past at many occasions. Their food is not proper Indian Desi Style but it’s somewhere closer.
I don’t like their Masala chips. It’s fried and soaked in tomatoes ketchup with coriander herb on top with few chunk small tomatoes.
I liked their Paneer Masal Dosa. It wasn’t bad. They have always been overpriced for their menu item.
The good part is you always find most of the items at place. Good isn’t too bad. Open till late depending on days. They also do Pizzas (Asian style and ingredients)
Hand wash area is available (I think is also attached to that)
Car parking is available- not free.
Street parking is free if you find a space.
I will probably try their Chilli Tofu one day.
I travel all over the UK, and love good veg indian food, I used to come here years ago, with my mum and dad for sunday breakfast, which was always good, so having to make regular visits to Leicester, I always tend to end up here, the parking is good, the furnishing and tables/seats pretty upmarket, its clean and crisp, and after a hard day, things like that are always appreciated. Staff are always friendly!
I ended up here a few days ago, tired, hungry, and had what I normally have, a thali, and a coke, I finished every morsel, and left refreshed and happy. I had my thali with bhaturas, which were probably amongst the best I have ever had, all the flavours and spices were balanced and in tune, excellent meal.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This is hands down one of the best place for proper vegetarian food in Midlands. We travelled all the way from Birmingham to have their food. Amazing papdi chaat, then continental, then fast food, the mocktails everything was super fresh and delicious. Great customer service ever. Enjoyed soo much.
Really nice place. They were very busy when we went, and we waited 5-10 minutes for a table but we understood as they were jam-packed at the time. We ordered a dabeli and tofu pizza (asked for the vegan option). The vegan option had vegan cheese (tasted like violife, super yummy) which was a lovely surprise. The tables and bathroom was clean. There's one womens bathroom and one mens bathroom.
Lovely variety of Indian street food. Loved all the mouth watering chaat and the South Indian food was good too. Very quick service, lovely staff and great food.
Brilliant service at the restaurant today with a variety of cuisine food for everyone like Mexican, Indian and Indo Chinese to chose from at reasonable prices. Food was perfect and didn't have to wait to long before being served. We had Enchiladas with Rice, Paneer Wraps with Chillie Chips and Mogo Piri Piri. Lovely modern decor with ample seating. Take away service also available. Staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble. Our go to every so often for the best food. ☺️
Sneh served us yesterday; he was so friendly and served us with a smile. Pizzas were spot on. Decor was eye catching and music so relaxing and peaceful. An amazing experience overall !
We dined in and had a whole mixture of Indian tapas which we felt were really fairly priced coming to around £12 per person on our table. All the food was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh. Vegi food done right.
They also offered Chinese food and pizzas but we didn't order from that side of the menu.
Took away some spice mix from their shop too.
