I ordered tonight on uber eats as I’m in the mergency department and I had 1 burger missing , no sauces , no napkins and no salt either . Absolutely disappointed. I’m waiting to eat at the hospital and you don’t even bring my order complete ?

Food delivered stone cold. Must of been cold before it even left the restaurant. As the delivery driver was using a keep warm bag. Spoke to customer service, they didn’t give a damn. Said it to quickly so should be still warm. If it was sent already cold that’s rubbish. Waste of £32.00, not the same once put in the microwave.

It was a weekday eat in early in the morning and I found a parking spot easily, inside, was clean and staff were working and cleaning the seats. Quiet and like normal, but coffee does not taste good at all, well we don't expect their coffee to be good but this time was even worse. The toilet was also clean.
