Went to the subway at cheapside, had a lovely experience as you would expect from the brand. Very neat and tidy and friendly staff. Had a lovely time enjoying a quick bite and would highly recommended this place.

Love the place. Always have the great staff and lovely food. They don’t over stack the salad!! When I take a little look in the back it’s always clean and stacked away properly. Always a young lad cleaning or making the service as fast as he can!! He should be given a promotion!!

Friendly staff, always something out of stock or not working but they are often busy so it's excusable.
Actual counter is at the back of the shop and has a narrow queue area, can lead to it looking busier and more crowded than it actually is.
Difficult to talk to the staff as the noise from the kitchen and fans drowns you out, and they have little patience for disabled guests.
