Exceptional service from the lady with short hair, very friendly! Shisha service was the best, coal was replaced many times and the staff were nice and polite. The bao buns were a bit bland but sweet and sour chicken was delicious, pina colada was yummy! 😋

The place is so clean and fancy the best in Leicester to be honest the service was excellent they have nice and friendly staff the shisha was amazing we had ( double apple) also the food was great .
Great food, generous portions very tasty and the service was a breath of fresh air. Shisha is by far the best I have had in the UK and I have had a lot of shisha in my time! Special shout-out to Fayaz, Moosa & the rest of the team, very attentive.
Came here for the first time with my mrs and was really happy with how great the customer service is; wish I took names for recognition.
The pipes we ordered were made great - flavour lasted a very long time and didn’t burn out. Constantly being checked up on to make sure everything was okay, very attentive for a lounge.
Whole atmosphere is brilliant for a chilled out evening with no fuss, decor was fantastic had a modern touch.
Will definitely be returning.

Huge selection of Shisha flavours. Pipe itself smokes nicely, it's nice & smooth.
What really stands out is high quality of customer service, the kind you would expect to find in 5 star hotels, Michelin star restaurant etc. Well done 👍
Car park can get full pretty quick. Luckily we've arrived just at the right time before the rush hour.

I have been to many shisha lounges, and this one in particular had absolutely exquisite service, the attention to detail was commendable, we ordered food which arrived with minimum waiting time, the shisha itself was immaculate and smooth, the most significant detail for me was the atmosphere/vibe of the lounge. Definitely did not disappoint, I would highly recommend this lounge to others, I live in London and often come to Leicester to relax and gather with friends at Tubo. It’s absolutely great for a hang out.

No intro needed, this is the spot of all spots! Was in the area so had to drop by Leicester’s finest and might I add this is also one of the UKs finest. Upon entering the lounge we were greeted and taken to our seats, we scanned the QR code and ordered our savacco favourite and a pot of desi tea. Shisha arrived in 10 minutes in a savacco v2 the gold version with a colour coordinated disposable sv pipe. Smoke was very good as you know with my previous reviews this pipe is a great performer with plenty of thick, luscious smooth clouds, the bowl was packed perfectly and it smoked extremely well. Our desi tea was perfect didn’t need any sugar and just wouldn’t finish, felt like a never ending jug. The lounge is very classy, clean and very modern. There is a VIP area and the decor is just spot on, the lounge is also quite large. Seating is comfortable and service was impeccable. The owner really has an eye for detail everything was just brilliant. Cash and cards accepted with free parking in the lounge. Now this is a lounge I’ll happily drive miles to visit and will definitely visit again soon
What can I say!! Tubo was amazing! Its my favourite restaurant & shisha place in Leicester. I have been twice during Ramadan and the service was amazing! Booking was very simple, the food came at a good time & they really thought about us, and provided us with dates & water to break fast with. Also provided prayer facilities which was important. I ordered the chicken yakitori (chicken skewers) which was so tasty and delicious! I loved the strawberry mocktail too, so refreshing! Defo a go to place in Leicester!
Small but well put together menu as expected for a cafe. Premium quality shisha. #Savacco flavours and pipes. Modern plush theme with large open arena in addition to large glass windows. Good selection of beverages. Very friendly service.
I had a very nice time, service was outstanding. I had Megan serve our table and I can say the hospitality shown was outstanding, nothing like I have experienced anywhere else. I would highly recommend the place if you are looking for a good vibe and nice food, and not to mention the best shisha TEAM available in Leicester. 10/10 service from “zidan”. The bar staff were lovely, George, Sofia and Nisha were very welcoming and made amazing drinks. Hamzah (store manager) made sure at all times we were happy with the service we received. Overall I would really recommend the place if you’re looking for a place to have good food and shisha.
