Proper locals pub but good selection of drinks, very welcoming staff with lots of seating. They could probably do with some sofas or more relaxed seating.

Wow, what a fantastic pub! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was brilliant. The food was out of this world, and the whole place had such a great vibe. I can't wait to go back!
Nice relaxed pub. The staff are friendly and quick to serve. Prices weren't too bad with a pint around £5-£5.50. Good spot for grabbing a pint after shopping or waiting for the bus. Not tried the food for a while but was good for the price. Outdoor seating is nice on a summers day.
Great pub. Was only there to watch a band, but due to the great atmosphere and service, I had a fantastic time in there. Landlord really looked after me.

I visited early Thursday evening. It looked a bit scary from the outside. It was pretty quiet but I got a good welcome from the bar staff and a decent pint. The place was much better than I thought it would. I'd happily drink here again.
