We had a great Sunday morning waking around Lincoln with our dog and decided to visit Stokes lawn cafe, we were not disappointed the food was really nice obviously the coffee was amazing as a stokes coffee seller. The food was nice but quite expensive, it can get really busy so be prepared to wait for a table.
It’s dog friendly and the atmosphere and views of Lincoln castle were amazing.
Recommend for Sunday brunch.
Our go to place for a scrumptious breakfast and good coffee.
Easy to get to with ample amounts of parking, both paid within the lawn or on the street.
At our last visit, the café was super busy and we had the last seat, it wasn't the best.... (By the window, breakfast table style) but a member of staff kept an eye out for us and moved us to a better table.
I had the BIG breakfast which is a new addition to the menu and I had to tap out, it was big enough to fill any void.
Great service, great food, great coffee and great cakes.

Went for afternoon tea on Tuesday afternoon. It was lovely. Staff were really lovely and service very good. The afternoon tea was amazing. Plenty of food. We had leftovers so we're given a box to bring them home. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thankyou

Amazing Place! They were packed when we visited during the Lincoln Christmas Market. We had to wait 15 mins to be seated, but it was worth the wait. We had the Club sandwich and it was amazing. The best I have ever had. Well worth a visit. Good value too.
Unique atmosphere and decor, and the staff are really lovely too. Well worth a pop in for a coffee!
Visited for breakfast and lunch, excellent service, clean and safe. Food was delicious and easily catered for gluten free party member.
Only suggestion is that you update your gluten free menu as it is not clear what you can and cannot have on the main menu and having dietary requirements can be awkward and stressful, especially when you cannot look at a menu and make an easy choice. We understand that things are crazy with covid requirements changing and menus having to be limited. We would definitely recommend this place if you are gluten free or have other dietary needs, staff were excellent!
Great service. Lovely weather and view of a castle wall. Had the granola which was delicious. Latte was nice. Dogs not allowed in so we ate on the terrace.

The staff here are great. The brunch menu is excellent and the food is really good. One of our favourite places in Lincoln for a late breakfast.
