We've been a number of times for the 'all you can eat breakfast', never had a bad experience staff are always polite and quite to sort any issues, food is always topped up, drinks are always full. Brilliant value for money. We always recommend this place to friends and family.
Absolutely great meal out. We were served by Shaz and she went above and beyond to make it the best experience. She noticed we had a gift bag for my friends birthday, she then proceeded to bring a cake out with a candle and sing happy birthday. This was an amazing gesture, thank you so much for fantastic service
Went for Father's Day and was not disappointed, plenty of parking, staff were lovely and service was nice and quick. Had the Sunday roast and very pleased, much better than what I've had from Toby carvery. The dessert was a banoffee waffle Sunday and I'd happily go back for that again. Very happy.
Visited as was on the way past looking for breakfast on a Sunday morning at around 10.30
We were very happy and impressed to find there was a breakfast buffet with so many hot and cold options for food and drinks. And a bargain at 9.99 per adult. We were told when we paid that it's 2 free kids per adult so definitely will be visiting again with my children as a treat.
Was a busy Sunday morning, but few things could be improved, wait on eggs whilst at hot counter,(cook some before run out completely) it was early on in the shift. A, gentleman was waiting before me too. Lack of staff around seated area resulted in children playing with clean cutlery and another large table left with dirty dishes for a while. Staff that were there pleasant and friendly.
As I regularly stay and Premier Inn hotels for work it's always nice to come across great service.
The night time service was excellent, all the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and friendly and speed of service was also great.
The morning staff didn't disappoint either and the waitress was friendly and very helpful, a lot of chain pubs sometimes fall down on their level of service but not here, I'm very impressed by the level of service.
Went here the other day for the first time, I was given a discount voucher, so thought I would use it. I thought the menu was really good, something for everyone. Food was very good, hot and well cooked, plenty of it as well, I will be going again and would recommend.
Fantastic. Went as a family and had the perfect meal. Everything arrived in a timely manner and was piping hot and tasty.
Being a vegetarian it was so good to see such choice and I can highly recommend the cauliflower cheese tart, it was cheesy heaven in my mouth. Husband and son enjoyed their steaks, both cooked the way they requested and with great chunky chips. Two of us had dessert and thoroughly enjoyed them.
The staff are excellent, tables cleared and cleaned quickly, glasses refilled. Reservation was made in advance and it’s probably a good idea as the place was very busy.
I went here with a group of ten, the food came out very quickly, we split the bill and it worked out at £17.50 each. Most of them had an alcohol and at least half had a dessert. I had the steak it was cooked just right. I would definitely go here as a group again. The food was prompt and the service excellent and the price not only bearable but a bargain. Thank you beef eater x
