Subway

Today oct 6th 2021 I ordered online to this store, 3 whtchpmcnt, and footlong chicken breast with pepper jack cheese, may,oil and vinegar and a coke with chips ,I also asked my sandwich to be cut in 3 pieces. When my food arrived I have a plane chicken on wheat toasted,1 cookie,chips and a coke, so I call the store and the GM Alissa told me thats what they received and thats how they made it. I said u didn't cut my sandwich right and I only received 1 cookie. And who orders a plain sandwich, I asked if they could make it right,she said to bring in the sandwich and they'd throw some veggies on it.. lol Are you kidding me? She was so very rude. When I asked for her boss she said she needed my number, well who ever the boss is of this store things are going very wrong. What happened to repeating a paying customer and friendliness. I know she would never make it in the real restaurant business. Never go where Alissa is working,her customer relations and disrespectful.

My son and I had a horrible experience at the Subway on 70th. I have never experienced this and I am 45. 3 gals, 1 African American, 1 with reddish, long bang gal in ponytail and a blonde girl. My son and I did not get a smile, they rushed me so bad and I had multiple sandwiches for other people and trying to think which stuff for which person. They made me a nervous wreck. The African American male at the cash register was very polite, thank goodness. And yes, got home and didn't get it right. Unfortunately we will not be back. Very disrespectful.

Usually love this subway since we get a discount as a Richdale apartment tenant(the same company who leases the building subway is in). Tonight, the young blonde lady who made my sandwich accused me of scamming and said "well, we can give you the discount this one time" since she had never heard of it. Not only is it in their book of discounts that is by the register, I have proof of the reward through the richdale website, so to be treated like a "conman" was very upsetting and embarrassing.

Ok, It is a Subway, you pretty much get the same thing no matter where you go. Can't say I have ever been blown away by any location, but the kid working tonight was really friendly, they were about to close but he did not act like it was an issue at all. Smiled and fixed up my salad like a pro. Thanks! Several other folks came in right behind me and he did not even act like that was a issue. Can't say my time in fast food I was that positive to folks coming in at the last minute.

I ordered from this store and had it delivered for my husband and I. Both sandwiches were made wrong. I called and the man on the phone basically tried to tel me I was wrong about how I wanted my sandwich ordered when I had the receipt to prove that it was made incorrectly. The employee still was trying to tell me I was wrong. Then finally offered me a new sandwich if I came clear to the store. But I said so can’t go there because it was already 7 and I have a baby at home I needed to get to bed. Employee then did nothing but have an empty apology. Worst service I’ve ever had at subway. None of our food was made correctly and the employee did nothing to help.
