Still the best bagels in town, but ever since the switchover to Caribou, their service has really slowed down on weekday mornings. My last two visits I was somehow forgotten about even though I only get a simple bagel with cream cheese. So if you got something toasted and they forget about you, enjoy your room temp bagel.

The food is delicious! The staff is friendly and engaging! I appreciate the attention to detail. Some may be opposed to taking brunch or lunch here during normal lunch hour. They do take their time to ensure quality preparation of menu items. They also have a limited number of particularly popular menu items since they bake fresh daily.

Their hours run from early morning to afternoon. They offer a variety of bagel breakfast sandwiches, a of the ones I have tried so far have been delicious! And they have very good cream cheese - be sure to try their bacon scallion flavor!
Although their specialty is in bagels they serve up pretty good brewed coffee as well.

I've been getting bagels for the office here every week for years. The staff are always friendly and the product high quality. There's a reason I haven't switched to another bagel shop, even after we moved offices making Bruegger's no longer the most convenient.

I didn't see any bagels made in front of me, the ones I got were terrible, tough about pulled my teeth out, Thought I'd try something new, well never again! Panera and Big Apple Bagel are so much better, I'd rather pay more for a good bagel, than have to throw out the ones I bought here. They said they'd give me a refund, well I haven't seen it yet! It's not on my card.

My go to breakfast spot downtown. All the staff if friendly and helpful, and the food variety is quite good! I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a quick bite, or a chill spot to study with your coffee.

Not even exaggerating BEST SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD FOR BRUNCH. Get the Smoked Salmon with Avocado on Asiago Bagel with a Hot Chai if you want your mind BLOWN
