This taco bell used to be the best one in town. Now it's so terrible, I don't even like coming here anymore.
The line is always slow but that's not even what makes this place so bad. The fact that they miss items in orders. Not the first time but this time was the worst. Only got about half of my cravings box. I guess I'll have to start checking my bag before I leave since they can't be trusted to give me everything I paid for.
I won't be coming back for a long time, if ever. I get worker shortages but they need to double check before they send an order out. I hope one day they get better than they are now.

We had a awesome lunch. The 2 gals that helped us couldn't have been nicer. I would eat here everytime I come to Lincoln. But I have to be fair. And eat where my other friends wants as well. Thank you food was Awesome.

We saw at 10:40ish am on a Saturday morning that the breakfast menus weren't up, and we asked if they served breakfast at this location. They said yes, but that they were "completely out of breakfast food." Strange and hard to believe - so we went elsewhere for breakfast.
Came back for a late-lunch to give this location another shot. (Gentleman at the window was nice both times, though). After a ridiculously long wait (20 minutes), my "double chalupa" seems to have less than HALF the meat of any chalupa I've ever had. Avoid this location - there are much better, quick places to get an actual meal in town that I'll now be driving out of my way to go to.

Pretty standard taco bell. At the drive through they said you can only get the build your own cravings box if you order online, so that was kind of sad. Love the nacho fries.

12/30 went about 8pm. Half the order was missing, went back to get the rest and was hardly made stuff. Like very little meat/lettuce etc etc. was a bunch of teen boys working. Like separate these boys to get actual quality service store manager…

honestly all i have to say is that they were so sweet and i can’t thank them enough, when using my card the man at the window told me i had insufficient funds and asked if i had a different card. i didn’t so he said to wait a minute, after a few minutes he opened the window again and gave me my food and told me not to worry about it

As a former Manager and person who ate there this place is gross. It’s always dirty the customer service is non existent and the only speed they know is sloth.
They would rather pocket the coupons that were meant for the customers for whom they have made a mistake on there order or were slow on’s free item coupon then give it to them. There inventory is a joke because they are always out of everything.
The employees and management here simply don’t care what there customers want or how they they feel. They are just there for a paycheck.
My boyfriend waited 30 or more in drive thru one night with only 2 cars in front of him. This is just insanity if I zero stars I would.

It's Saturday at 9 pm. I just listened to the new Don Toliver album (51 minutes) in the drive through and I am now three cars from ordering in the drive through. Why is there a slice of cheese on the wall?
