We came in during a rush when there weren't many servers. We waited the 15 min and were treated so well by the staff. It was just me and my two small children so we could've been overlooked but they treated us like everyone else. Definitely worth going to. ❤️

We have tried to eat at this Applebee's twice now with no luck. The first time we went it was over and hour wait, last night we went and there were only a few people waiting with lots of seating available. We were told once again it would be 45-60 minute wait. My husband mentioned all of the unoccupied seats and the server stated that the kitchen was backed up with online orders! Really? Such a poor example of customer service! I feel like they are trying to double dip for profit and all its doing is turning us way. I have a gift card that I have tried to use twice now with no luck. Do better Applebee's!

What's the point of curbside when no one 1. Answers the phone 2. Is watching for vehicles. I'd understand if it was a busy time, but when I walked in it wasn't busy at all. I received my order only to have to drive back because stuff was missing.

We walked in to at least 5 open tables, there were only 2 of us so we didn't expect a wait, we were told that the wait was 10-15 minutes and that was fine. 45 minutes later we were still sitting there with no updates after several people had left after eating. (There were SEVERAL open booths and tables)The hostess did not speak to us again, except to ask if the other people who had been waiting as long as we had, had gotten up and left, they had. The servers were messing around and taking pictures and we ended up leaving. I have no issue waiting for 45+ minutes but I would have appreciated knowing it would be 45 minutes and not "10-15" as we had somewhere to be. Overall the staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude. This was a disappointing experience.

Food was as ordered and delicious. On the bad side were seated and the waitress walked by our table several times. My wife finally told them about it. Sat for about 15 minutes before she took our order. The place wasn't that busy.

My husband, son and my pregnant self went for supper tonight. We came and it wasn't super busy but they might have been understaffed as we had to wait 15 min or so for a table when there was plenty open. We waited a few minutes for our waitress and she had taken our orders. 20 min after we placed the order, she came back and told us they weren't going to have ribs (I ordered them) for another hour. Okay, that's fine so I ordered the bourbon steak instead. Another 20 min or so went by and she came out and told us my son and husband's food was ready but not mine. She asked us if we wanted that out and I yes, cause our son is 3 and getting stir crazy. She didn't come back with their food for another 10 min. My husband's food was hot and my sons was a little warm. Didn't complain about it cause he didn't need super hot food. After dropping off their food, she went to check on mine. Meanwhile they finished theirs by the time she came back and said they were waiting on the shrimp. Another 15 min goes by and at this point t I'm confused as to why it's taking 15 min to cook a medium rare steak and shrimp. Finally my food comes out and it's chicken and shrimp. The lady(different than our waitress) told me she was going to get it fixed right away. By this point im annoyed. Our waitress comes back a handful of mi uses later and apologizes and says that "he must have heard me say chicken instead of steak, would you like me to get another going for you."t i politely said no and that we would take our check and boxes. Meanwhile we waited and she ran other peoples food(which is just fine) but then came back to thr table without our change and no boxes. Realized what she did, she went and grabbed boxes. Still no change. Then we politely asked for change and she went to go get it. We got up and walked to the door and she came and met us and forgot how much change she owed me cause she put the slip down with the boxes the first time around. She ended up not giving us the exact amount back and I was fuming at this point and needed to leave before I became that angry pregnant woman in Applebee's who didnt get any food over the course of an hour and 20 some minutes. Not once did the manager come out and speak with us or apologize. Anyways, I'm done ranting now. I know times are hard for everyone but damn, they could have done much better! We won't be back to that location.

Never disappointed by the food here! The staff are always kind, but often seem overwhelmed due to short staffing. We continue to return and will understanding that patience goes a long ways!

Got a bourbon chicken...... should have been more like burnt chicken.... completley un-edible. Ordered at 430 for carryout , wasn't busy ar all... what ever happened to people having pride in their work?? The othe r half of the order was a blackened shrimp Ceasars salad... and it was good. Make your own assumption before attending.
