I am not Tricia, but rather her husband. This place used to be a decent place, but not any more, under its current management. I went there a few months ago, for a meal to go. After paying for the order at the counter I stood there and waited for it. After watching and listening to two employees yelling profanity and rudely making fun of their drive thru customers, I politely told my counterman to cancel my order and give me a refund. He asked me why and I told him.. He obviously didn't t know what to do or how to handle it, so he went and fetched the lady manager. She rudely asked me what my problem was. After I flat out told her, she got EXTREMELY rude! I grinned at her, and quietly not to be a "capital B-i-itch". (I didn't swear at her. I just politely spelled it out.) Then she refused to pay me my refund, and swore at me and ordered me out. When I peacefully left, those two disgusting employees who started the whole commotion screamed "F" (but pronounced the complete word) you"! All the customers and their children in the dining room were stunned. After being a customer at that location for many years, I will never return, and advise everyone to do the same.

Went for Drive-Thru at 11 (says they’re open until Midnight) and no one answered. There were 4+ cars lined up. We pulled up and the staff were just chilling at the window, none of them had headsets on, including a manager who just turned their back to us. It seemed like a bunch of them were clocking out. If it is not true that you are open until midnight you should update your times to say so.

I saw a sign posting their new hours (listed as starting June 9th lobby until 10, drive threw 12) and it’s May 20) after walking over from the hotel next-door. Online said they’re open until 1 and it was about 1145. Finding out that there lobby was closed I ran back to get the car and got in line at the drive-through. There was a car sitting there already when I ran back for my car, I pulled in right behind him and we sat there for about eight minutes while they ran out the clock. Their online hours say they’re open until one am. They may want to update their hours to when they stop serving versus how late they’re open if they’re not gonna take any orders for the last 15 minutes of a new schedule that according to their sign is not even active yet. I drove up to the drive-through to see another sign saying new hours starting June 9 and that they’re technically open until 1 AM as of right now and a woman look at the window and wave that she was close. I have no idea They closed early with no notice anywhere. As I’m writing this people are still driving up and waiting at the drive-through and occasionally they have turned the drive-through menu on and off and we’re all talking about how their hours are all messed up and they’re ignoring customers.
