Mcdonald's

Went thru the drive thru and ask for a Sausage Biscuit on a bun.. They immediately told me no they couldn't do that. So I had to order 1) 2.00 McMuffin Instead of getting 2 Sausage Biscuits on a Bun for 2.00.. I don't really like Biscuits. So I went in a recorded myself asking them why they wouldn't let me have it. And was told they have to use the same toaster and change it out for lunch. And I ask why they didn't ask me if I would take it untoasted.. or at least offer and she said I don't know. We could do that. I said we'll I already ordered at the drive thru. Just wanted to know why. Cause I get it on a bun everywhere else than there. And it is always toasted. So I don't know. She had a pretty good answer though. Lol. But I should've still been offered it without it being toasted

Waited in the drive-thru line for someone to come take an order in my line for 5 minutes. However the other line had 3 cars get theirs taken while I waited. I waited another 20 minutes to get my food and when I got it, I did not get what I paid for. I bought a Crispy Chicken and got a McChicken instead and the fries were cold. Slowest "fast" food in Lincoln!!!

We order two breakfast meals with hash browns, I had to go back after getting our food to remind them about the hash browns. They wanted to see the recipt I showed it to them and they gave us our hash browns. Not a terrible experience but pretty annoying when they weren't very busy. (Four people in the entire place eating, three cars in the drive thru.)

If I could give a negative review I would. This is by far the worst McDonald's in Lincoln and maybe all of Nebraska. Mcdonald's menu is complete trash but this location makes trash seem edible. I work a couple of blocks away from this location but will never spend my money there again and maybe never at any McDonald's. This restaurant should be torn down and all of its employees should be fired.

This McDonalds is the worst in Lincoln. Rude staff, fries are almost always cold and unsalted. Tonight we got a double quarter pounder with both patties raw (ew) one fully and the other was raw half way through. The nuggets were so stale I felt like we were eating cardboard. Person taking the order was very rude, didn't put the order on screen to make sure everything was okay, had to ask the guy taking our money. Do not recommend this one at all.
