I've had so many great sandwiches here, but today a mistake was made. When it was pointed out and asked to make right the response was "we don't give out free food" Well nobody asked for a freebie, but asked to make it right. Damn near two hours and my delivery wasn't here.... Looked on the porch and there it was. I did not ask for contactless delivery, and wasn't ever notified that it was dropped off. Burnt sandwich, soup that tasted like a metal can, and watered down drink. The girl at the store was super nice and cancelled my payment, which I appreciate because all of the food went in the trash. Who know how long it's been sitting in a car/on a porch? Update to add yet another late delivery. Why even offer delivery if you can't do it in a reasonable amount of time? Call the store and all they can tell you is it isn't there, so it must be on the way. No idea of who has it or when it left. There should be an option for zero stars. Re:Owner Response, I did submit the feedback, however, when my order is this late, I do not get a receipt with my ticket number for your process.

So about a month ago I ordered delivery and they told me 1 hr no big deal ok. My order came 2 hrs later with my soda water down no starws. Called the store nothing nobody cared. Let it go I know everyone short staffed. Tonight my husband and I decided to try it again only this time he went through drive thu because of bad delivery experience. Well it was not no better we ask for white bread got wheat and waited a lil bit for order. We live between goodcents and firehouse so idk if we will be back

Ordered ONE sandwich at 6 pm. currently 8:54 pm and we’ve called 3 times, spoke to the manager and they said sorry it’s on the way.. last time we call they said they didn’t even get it out of the store yet. Store is 8 minutes away from us and we’ve been waiting 3 hours?? All we get is a refund and no sandwich.. Will be calling owners as this is not the first time it’s happened. Kind of ridiculous. At least call us and say it’s going to be late or that you messed up instead of “i don’t know what’s going on it should be there soon” then an hour and a half later it’s still not.
