The Watering Hole East

It was definitely different from what I remembered, food was okay, our orders were messed up a little but due to the wait (non busy, maybe a little short staffed) whatever the case we just let it be, we ordered pretty simple. If I could do 2.5 stars I would. We didn't really dislike it, but we didn't like it.

I ordered the cheeseburger with a side of sweet potato fries with honey bbq sauce. I think we waited over 30 minutes to get our food :( The food was tasty; however, even though it stated in the menu that lettuce, tomato, onion are on the side , I assumed a lettuce leaf and not shredded. I did not enjoy having to use my hand to pick up shredded lettuce to place on my burger. The burger is $10.99 and it's crazy to have to pay extra for a side of fries and $1 for a small amount of dipping sauce. Inflation is upon us and it makes basic menu items not worth the money you pay.

First off their prices are $4-$5 more in store then they are on the website. The portions are small and honestly not that good. $14 for a melt with a small fry?? Don’t forget to add the charge for ranch. Honestly will not be returning 🤢 ALSO they charged us $35 added on tip and our waitress came around twice. No refills on drinks. No asking on our food. The bare minimum.

Placed an order for carry out and when in to pick it up. Left a couple dollar tip because it was a carry out order and all they had to do was take the money and hand us our food. The server said "Thankksssss" really loud as she walked off and then told another customer at the bar that she "might as well be working for free." The wings were great, the burgers were awful. Tasted like a frozen patty from Wal-Mart or something. We've eaten here numerous times since we live close by and the food is generally decent bar food and the service is hit or miss. Don't think we will be back after today.

Amazing place. Can honestly say first time I ever anyplace I got the bill before we were done eating,, never asked if we would like anything else or how the food was, paid the bill before finishing our meals, left before our dishes were removed from the table. Sorry I inconvenienced the staff coming in tonight.

Went inside today with my husband and sat in a booth. No one bought us menus or asked for our drinks. Waited 20 minutes and went to the waitress asked for menus, she rolled her eyes. Walked to the table gaves us the menu and asked for drinks. My husband wants a bud light draft. He said bud light light she walked away, he had to yell draft please.. Waited 5 more minutes no drinks, ended up walking out. It was the first time we have ever been there and will never come back. Wish I could give 0 stars.

We came in as a group of 17… 13 people were served and done with their food before the last 5 of us. They charged the 5 of us a gratuity, and argued that we came in as a group- even though they didn’t serve us as a group. Poor customer service to argue and treat people with such disrespect. We will NEVER go back to this restaurant again, nor any of our family!!
