A long time ago Oso Burrito was located at Centenial Mall and O st. Back then their claim to fame was "Burritos as big as your head" and they were amazing. I visited all the time. Then they moved to 70th and VanDorn and their flavor changed. I stopped visiting as much back then. One day I found out that Amu Ramen was moving out of Oso's old spot and Oso was coming back. Well today I tried them again at their origin spot, and again their flavor is different. I had a carnitas burrito that was half the size of the old version and it tastes like there is a ton of some sort of sugar in the meat. My wife got a chicken burrito which had cole slaw for a filling, and wasn't anything she would want to order next time. My 8 year old even quit after just a few bites of his chicken burrito. For a kid that loves taco places including Chipotle's which is a close competitor to Oso this is strange. The real shocker here is after having 3 people order food that was dissapointing, we also had a bill that got pretty close to $50. It seems that this place has lost its originality and is swinging for the fences by raising it's prices and lowering the quality and quantity of food per serving. As a fan of the old Oso this is very sad for me. Basically our experience is poor food, smaller portions and high prices.

This place is permanently closed. Google refuses to publish that edit because it "could not be verified." Apparently it's completely normal for restaurants to post "For Sale/Lease" signs when they plan to reopen, I guess? Whatever, Google.

Went to the new O street location. Delicious food! We shared a chicken burrito, pork carnitas nachos, and a quesadilla. All were fantastic, wish I would have snapped a picture before diving in! They have a delicious cabbage type of "slaw" that was a great on the nachos! I will be back in the future. I have been to the old location out on 70th where it was set up like a chipotle/qdoba. It is not like this at the new location- simply order off a menu.

Not just unappealing; enduringly disgusting. I took three bites of the chilaquiles (one of my favorite dishes, because I thought it couldn’t be messed up), it was dense, sour, and I have been wincing and grimacing every time I burp afterwards. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. Undercooked rice and beans that tasted less flavorful than if you opened a can. Shockingly, unbelievably gross. Staff was super friendly and nice though.

Is there a reason this place is staffed with racists and antisemites? I decided to try this place out a few days ago and was greatly disappointed. The rice was undercooked, the meat was bland, and the staff were indifferent. The older manager with the shaved head also shouldn't be working in customer service. When I went there he started muttering anti-semitic slurs under his breath while looking at me and my friend. It wouldn't be surprised me if the dude was a skinhead. Terrible food and terrible staff!

An excellent alternative to Chipotle for the burrito lover. My favorite dish to get is the rice bowl, with black beans, grilled pork (which is amazing on its own), curry style with some grizzly salsa. So good. Oso is local business so you won't find anything quite like it anywhere else. One of my favorite restaurants anywhere.

The most amount of choices & selection I have ever seen from a burrito place, anyone could eat here no matter what dietary restrictions they have. More than just a burrito place plus so much different types of items & flavor to have a different burrito combination every day for a year. Plus they offer ww tortillas-hard to find that anywhere!! This place has no competition, it cannot be beat!! The best!!

Lincoln was already oversaturated with burrito places and Oso decided to add yet another one and replaced the only good ramen shop in town without any relevant updates. I know Covid is rough, but definitely not impressed with Oso.
