Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Alright, I love me some Popeye's, and I needed a fish sandwich. The sandwich was good. But this place is hurting right now people. Get some 5 star friends to go work at this place, 100 dollar hiring bonus right now. This place can be great again! If you already work there... Just, maybe pay attention, toss in some napkins... Don't burn my friend's sandwich... Say any words at all while handing the food out. I gave 4 stars because I STILL BELIEVE!

I ordered the 10 piece family meal with the chicken and was first told that they didn’t have a 10 piece meal. The sign was on top of the order box. When she finally found it she wanted to know what dipping sauces I wanted. I proceeded to tell them another two times that I wanted chicken not tenders. Long story short - my order of 10 pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes and red beans and rice turned out to be chicken tenders coleslaw and 4 individual macaroni and cheese. They even shorted me a biscuit. 😡. This is not the first time we have gotten a massively wrong order.

They were crazy busy in the drive thru so I went inside. They cashiers was kind and helped me with my questions about the fish sandwich! Which was pretty amazing! Great spice and flavor! I saw that someone was waiting a little long for their food and talked to the manager who immediately helped him out with no problem! That is some customer service!!! Only complaint I have is that their tea wasn't on the front counter and I was unaware they had any. But besides that...great service and food!!

What a joke. Gave me the wrong order, and argued that I was wrong. After waiting 34 minutes in the drive thru. Gave me a pop with no ice and acted surprised when I asked where the ice was. Is it not normal to get ice with your pop? So confused. Just decided to cut my losses and leave. Best $9 dollars I’ve ever spent was leaving.

In addition to being a slow moving drive thru, I ordered a large coke with my meal and found out at the window the machine was broken. Then they couldn't figure out how to use a gift card purchased from them to pay so I had to put the purchase on my credit card. I threw away the large lemonade I was subbed and my fries were luke warm. It's a shame the service and management are so bad when the food has such potential.

Popeyes used to be a great restaurant until delivery apps have overwhelmed all the locations. I also feel bad for the delivery drivers who have to sit in a 15 car lineup in the Drive-Thru for 30+mins because the establishment is locked inside... If Popeyes can't handle the workload just get rid of the delivery apps.
