Jimmy Johns

I am certain that my order will be great. I can only assume this because my order hasn't reached me yet. That is why this Jimmy Johns gets four out of five stars. Apparently they cannot follow directions because when I placed my online order I gave them specific instructions for which street entrance to use to find me. I wouldn't be so upset if this was the first time this happened, but it is not. It is the second or third time and I am done. Unless I get a reply from a store manager about how and why this keeps happening I'm going to either use a different Jimmy John's even if it means ordering from a store out of my neighborhood or I am done with them completely. Time will tell.

Too bad u can't give zero stars. My husband put in a $120 order for work at 3pm to pick up at 8pm at the 33rd and pioneer location. When he got there they didn't even have the order started. No one apologized or talked to him about how long it would take. 20 mins later they hand him the order....which was wrong. The girl at the window didn't believe him that a sandwich was missing. She finally gave him the missing sandwich. At this point he was extremely upset because his guys only have 30 mins to eat and thanks to them being unorganized they might not even get a dinner break. When he asked to talk to a manager, she said she is the manager and then slammed the window and walked away. Worst customer service experience. Definitely not returning.

Never coming here again. Was attempting to pull into the parking lot when one of their employees came racing into the parking lot and swerved in front of my van without a blinker to park. After swerving in front of me, he blasted his horn jumped out and said something rude as he walked in the restaurant. After we parked, I walked in to order sandwiches for my family. As I walked in I see and hear the employee talking trash about me to his manager. I replied to him saying that he swerved in front of me with no blinker. He replied “I’m not going to talk about it, do you want food or not?” The manager was standing right there and didn’t do anything. I left without buying any food. Not giving any business to such rude/unkind people.

Order the sandwich online at 8:15 p.m. was supposed to be delivered at 9:15 p.m. it is now 9:43 p.m. I'm still hungry waiting on this sandwich to come from Jimmy John's I thought they said they had freaky fast service this is pathetic not to mention that they close at 10:00 so if something's wrong with your food there's no way to get it corrected
